We fully replace any part that is essential for safety or function, including:

• major structural pieces

• hardware such as hinges, clasps, screws

• components that should not break under normal use

If something fails that shouldn’t, we’ll send a replacement part.

✔️ Understanding normal wear
Our products are crafted from quality plywood and finished with child-safe, water-based coatings.
This makes them safer for young children — but also means:

• small marks

• paint wear

• scuffs or surface scratches
  may naturally appear with everyday play.
  These are considered normal and are not covered by the warranty.

✔️ What isn’t covered

• water, moisture, or corrosive damage

• cosmetic wear and tear

• misuse, rough treatment, or modifications
