Shipping conditions
Delivery is made domestically (Latvia) and abroad. We ship all orders directly from our workshop in Latvia.
Shipping costs:
Domestic deliveries (Latvia):
Standard shipping costs for deliveries in Germany are a flat rate of 3.90 euros.
From an order value of 50.00 euros, standard deliveries in Germany are shipped free of charge.
Deliveries abroad
The standard shipping costs for deliveries, as well as the order value from which standard deliveries are sent free of shipping costs, can be seen in the following table.
Customs and import taxes may apply for deliveries to non-EU countries. Please check local regulations.
UK: The import of your order to the UK is handled by FedEx. Please note that FedEx may contact you regarding the import of your package and import duties.
USA: Since August 28, 2025, the previous duty-free limit of $800 no longer applies. Import duties and fees may therefore be charged by US authorities.

Delivery Information
Delivery time - business days after dispatch:
- Europe mainland (Germany, France, Austria, etc.): 3–5;
- Europe islands: 3–7;
- USA & Canada: 3–8;
- Other countries: 5–10.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order multiple products, we’ll ship them together in one package.
If any of the items have a longer processing time, the order will be dispatched once all products are ready.
Personalized products may require up to 2 additional processing days.
